MusiC/Film & Videography Editor

Anthony Pham

It may be innate or it may have come from experience, but what’s true for Anthony Pham '19 is that music is constantly present, an inseparable piece of his identity. From early on, his musical sense was fostered with piano, a casual pastime that turned into a cornerstone that enabled him to walk this path. Anthony has been able to expand his reach in playing different styles of music, to compose for his school’s orchestra, and to delve into the world of contemporary film score. Inspired by the works of Hans Zimmer, he continually explores orchestral scoring and piano composition. Anthony continually looks to broaden his musical repertoire and listens to learn new techniques, and has found to appreciate and keep open ears for the critical role of music in everything from an effective form of personal expression, a complement to theatrical story lines, and a crux of cultural art. He feels music to an endless degree and hopes to spread those sensations to those around him. As a musician, he strives with passion.
